Winston WT 8' #3 Fly Rod
- Lenght 8' (240 cm)
- Weight 3 1/4oz (92 gr)
- Line #3
This fly rod was built on a green Winston WT blank and has the classic Winston feel. The handle is in first quality cork and the reel seat insert is a beautifully figured blond zebra wood spacer with double up locking sllip ring hardware. The stripping guide has a moss green agatine insert. There is a folding fuji style hookeeper. The wraps are NCP Black with NCP Silver trim bands. The spigot ferrule configuration makes this fly rod feel as if it is a one piece. This is a tremendous small stream rod that can be fished with a 3wt or a 2wt line, depending on required casting distances. The 8' length makes this an exceptional light nymphing rod with great sensitivity. It's in mint condition and comes with sock and original tube with light scratches.
